New table, nice restaurant and flowers for Alanea

I considered my limited options today for about 2 seconds.  I could stay home all by myself and worry about the crazy world or I could pester Dave until he took me in the car to Plan de a Tour outdoor market and wine cooperative and then a nice restaurant in Vidauban and then home to help put the new patio table together.  I was in the car faster than you can say ALLEZ.  Alanea bought nice flowers (5 euros K) and Dave chose the restaurant in Vidauban (32 euros).  I did not get anything at the restaurant but my picture taken with old Dave.  The table works and Alanea is happy with her flowers (and 5 litres of rose in a box for 18 euros).  A nice day sunny for a drive in the French countryside.

April 9th is Dave's 64th birthday.  The old bugger can still cut the mustard, especially now that Alanea bought a whole new set of sharp Swiss Made knives today (how much K, you have to ask LOL).

What a world

There are so many things going on right now that I don't know where to start.  Normally I would write a little note and then post a few photos however the world appears to need intervention.  Since readers of this blog are seeking knowledge not content I ask that you stay tuned.  Send suggestions, I will consider all.

Italy

I do like car riding except when the roads are windy then I can get an upset belly.  This trip was good because Uncle Rick drove his car like a star.  I went to Milano with Rick, Karin, Alanea and of course old Dave.  Dave carried me when I got tired of walking and I did not get to go in the churches or the Last Supper by Leonardo De Vinci but Dave told me all about it.  Jesus was OK.  I did go to the Duomo, but stood outside.  I went to lunches at nice places and had gelato at KOKO.  Alanea went to La Scala for a lighted tour of the theatre while Dave and I walked around and looked cool.   The apartment was huge and I did not mind staying alone a few times while Dave took care of Alanea instead of me.  I share old Dave sometimes.  Here are some photos.  Milan is a nice place, very civilized.  Dave bought sexy Castelli bike bib shorts, he thinks they will make him look like a hot young Italian cyclist, Alanea just shakes he head at Dave.  I would go to Milano again.
